What is?
ACFC?
Aboriginal Child and Family Centres (ACFCs) offer culturally-safe services to families with Aboriginal children aged up to 8 years of age. The centres provide communities with access to early childhood education and care services, child and maternal health programs as well as family support, playgroups and adult education opportunities.

Yarning Circle launches for new mums and bubs
Every Wednesday morning, our new Yarning Circle brings together first-time mums, Aunties and our maternal health nurse for two hours of tea, stories and gentle support. The group is run on Country at the back of the Centre – bring a pram, bring a friend, and the kettle’s on from

Healthy Kids Day brings 84 families through the doors
Our first Healthy Kids Day of the year was a ripper. Eighty-four families came through for free hearing checks, immunisations, dental screening and a sausage sizzle on the lawn. Huge thank you to the Western NSW Local HEalth District and Maari Ma Health. Save the date for the next one
